V.I. Crown reserves the right to deliver only throughout the BVI. Any orders with addresses to be delivered outside of the BVI will be canceled by a V.I. Crown representative.
7. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, not damaged, and in original packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.

Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with V.I. Crown! We know you will love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery time.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, not damaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
2. Return Process:

- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.
- Please ensure that the return authorization number is included with your return package.
3. Returning:
- Customers are responsible for returning the item received to the representative at the given location.
4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days (48 hours) of the return time.
5. Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to reserve the new item and follow the return process for the original item.
- Once we receive the original item, we will deliver the exchange item to you.
